Refill Energy aims to collect Gulf oil leak as feedstock for DME project
In Utah, Refill Energy, Inc. announced it is finalizing its application to become a FEMA Vendor to assist in the oil spill affected areas of the Gulf Coast.
The Company’s technology uses oil sludge as a feedstock for its Refill gasifier that converts the oil into clean synthesis gas for electricity or Dimethyl Ether (DME). The Refill process is currently patent pending and can convert any resident hydrocarbon or biomass into sustainable, renewable energy. The FEMA certification will allow Refill Energy to be a ‘Debris Removal Contractor’ as well.
