UK to award $2.48 million under Bio-energy Infrastructure Scheme: apps due 02/10
In the UK, the national government announced a $2.48 million set of grants in the third round of projects that will be awarded support under the Bio-energy Infrastructure Scheme.
The goal of the Scheme?: to develop biomass sources for heat, power and combined heat and power systems. Grant applications are due at the end of February for projects that will be completed by March 2011.
In the last round, the Scheme offered grant support to 75 projects.
